Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations and particularly relates to an olive oil containing long-chain fat emulsion injection and a preparation method thereof .The fat emulsion contains an oil phase composed of olive oil, soybean oil and an emulsifier, a water phase composed of water for injection and glycerol, an oleic acid stabilizer, a pH modifier and a fat-soluble antioxidant .The fat emulsion injection is prepared from the water phase and the oil phase through an ultrasonic emulsification method .The average particle size of the fat emulsion injection is about 280+/-20 nm .The problems of non-uniform fat emulsion particle size distribution and floating oil are well solved, the quantity of oxygen residues and the oxidation degree of the oil phase components in the emulsion are greatly reduced, long-term stability of the fat emulsion injection is enhanced, adverse reactions of patients are reduced, and the safety of drug use is enhanced. 本发明属药物制剂领域,具体涉及种含橄榄油的长链脂肪乳注射液及其制备方法。该脂肪乳是包括
