A multifunctional machine for sandwich noodles is provided. The machine comprises a rack, a compression bar, a transmission mechanism, noodle containing cylinders and noodle compression rods. The transmission mechanism is disposed on the rack. A bottom connecting end of the transmission mechanism is connected to the compression bar. A top connecting end is connected to the noodle compression rods. A compression plate used for driving the noodle compression rods compresses towards the inner bottoms of the noodle containing cylinders disposed on the rack and corresponding to the noodle compression rods. The noodle containing cylinders comprise two cylinders, an extrusion plate and a concave plate. Bottom ends which are provided with openings of the two cylinders are disposed on the extrusion plate. The concave plate is disposed at the bottom end of the extrusion plate.
