A rooting method for tissue-cultured shoots of cinnamomum camphora (L.) presl

A rooting method for tissue-cultured shoots of cinnamomum camphora (L.) presl is disclosed. The method includes selecting cinnamomum camphora (L.) presl subcultured shoots after 35-40 d strong-shoot culture in conventional tissue culture, cutting single shoots robust in growth and having height not less than 2 cm from the subcultured shoots, inserting into an ascorbic acid sterile solution, soaking for pretreatment, vertically inserting the pretreated single shoots into a rooting culture medium, performing rooting culture in a specific light-temperature environment, conveying to a seedling growing house under natural environment conditions, and performing seedling hardening to obtain seedlings of the cinnamomum camphora (L.) presl. Through pretreating the subcultured shoots, the sassafras oil content in a notch is reduced, the rooting period is shortened, the rooting percentage is high, quality is good, and the survival rate of transplanting of the tissue-cultured rooted seedlings is high.
