The invention discloses a mower and a clutch. The mower comprises an engine, cutter heads and the clutch. When an output mechanism of the clutch is in the driving state, power of the engine can be transferred to the cutter heads for mowing operation. When the output mechanism of the clutch is in the non-driving state, drive between the engine and the cutter heads is cut off. The clutch comprises a motor, a driving mechanism connected with the motor and an output mechanism connected with the driving mechanism. The driving mechanism drives the output mechanism to switch between the driving state and the non-driving state. The clutch further comprises a self-locking mechanism acting with the driving mechanism.
