Zusammenfassung:	A method of coating a surface according to the present invention comprises the steps of abrading the surface to be coated with particles, then arranging a composite structure comprising a layer fibre fabric (2), a fibre bundle applied according to a pattern (3) and particles of bioactive material (4) in between the fibre bundle's pattern, and a second fibre fabric (6).
