Zusammenfassung:A mixed excitation axial magnetic-flux modulated-type motor with a complex structure relates to the field of mixed excitation composite motors and aims to solve the problem that output torque of existing mixed excitation motors is small. A spindle successively passes through a permanent magnetic outer stator, a No.1 magnetic regulating ring, an inner stator, a No.2 magnetic regulating ring and an electro-magnetic outer stator; the permanent magnetic outer stator, the inner stator and the electro-magnetic outer stator are in a rotational connection with the spindle by bearings; rotors of the magnetic regulating rings are firmly connected to the spindle; gaps are reserved between the permanent magnetic outer stator and the No.1 magnetic regulating ring, between the No.1 magnetic regulating ring and the inner stator, between the inner stator and the No.2 magnetic regulating ring, and between the No.2 magnetic regulating ring and the electro-magnetic outer stator; the permanent magnet is magnetized in the form of
