The invention discloses an electronic device for being matched with a mobile device with a charging receiving module and an electrifying accessory connected with an external power supply for use. The electronic device comprises a first electric permanent magnet module, a conductive accessory and a charging transmission module, wherein the conductive accessory is electrically conducted with the electrifying accessory to be connected with the external power supply so as to provide power for the charging transmission module. When current passes through the electronic device, the attractive force of the first electric permanent magnet module is enhanced, the mobile device is attracted, and thus, the charging transmission module is matched with the charging receiving module of the mobile device to charge the mobile device; and when reverse current passes through the electronic device, the attractive force of the first electric permanent magnet module is weakened, and thus, the electronic device releases the mobile
