Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an incoherent light source and non-diffraction beam imaging system. The system comprises an optical platform, wherein a blue light LED is placed on the optical platform and used as a light source; an optical attenuation plate, a collimation and beam expanding system, an imaging object, a lens and an axial pyramid are placed successively along an optical route of the light source; and finally imaging is implemented in an integrated microscope. By the non-diffraction beam imaging system disclosed by the invention, an imaging resolution ratio can be increased; and research results provide new technical supporting for optical high-resolution imaging technologies. 本发明公开了种非相干光源无衍射光束成像系统,其包括光学平台,该光学平台上放置有蓝光LED作为光源,沿该光源的光路依次放置光衰片、准直扩束系统、成像物体、透镜和轴棱锥,最后成像在体式显微镜。通过本发明的无衍射光束成像系统可以提高成像分辨率,研究结果为光学高分辨率成像技术提供了新的技术支持。
