The system comprises a light condensation light guide device, a lighting device and a ventilation device; the light condensation light guide device is of a hollow-sealed flashlight structure and comprises a lighting cover, a CPC light condensation device, a light guide tube and a diffuser which are sequentially connected from top to bottom; the lighting device comprises a photovoltaic module and an LED lamp strip in line connection with the photovoltaic module; the ventilation device comprises an air inlet, a pipeline draught fan and a ventilation opening which are in pipeline connection in sequence; and the pipeline draught fan is in line connection with the photovoltaic module.
