The invention provides an aluminium alloy deburring and degreasing bath agent and a use method and a chromate-free passivation system thereof. The aluminium alloy deburring and degreasing bath agent is an aqueous solution containing fluotitanic acid, fluozirconic acid, polyacrylic acid and a chelating agent. Benchmarked against the total volume of the aluminium alloy deburring and degreasing bath agent, the concentration of fluotitanic acid is 20-30 g/L, the concentration of fluozirconic acid is 20-30 g/L, the concentration of polyacrylic acid is 5 g/L, and the concentration of the chelating agent is 40-60 g/L. The aluminium alloy deburring and degreasing bath agent provided by the invention can effectively remove burrs on the surface of an aluminium material, avoids the defects of bacterial decomposition and bath liquor stink during use, and is compatible with an agent of a passivation bath.
