Zusammenfassung:The invention aims at providing an aluminum alloy automobile steering gear case and a superspeed casting preparing method of the case. The case comprises, by weight percent, 10% to 12% of Si, 0.8% to 1.2% of Fe, 2% to 3.5% of Cu, 0.1% to 0.2% of Mn, 0.5% to 0.7% of Mg, larger than 0 and smaller than 1.3% of Zn, larger than 0 and smaller than 0.1% of Ni, larger than 0 and smaller than 0.06% of Pb, larger than 0 and smaller than 0.06% of Sn and the balance Al. Preparing steps comprise material preparing before casting, mold preparing, and casting press shooting. Finally, the case which is good in comprehensive performance, compact and even in structure, small in blowhole shrinkage, good in casting appearance, high in production efficiency, low in production cost and high in strength is obtained.
