Zusammenfassung:Provided is a benzimidazole series derivative with a high fluorescence quantum yield and a preparation method thereof. The general formula structure of the derivative is shown in the description, wherein R is any one of -H, 5'-Ch3, 5',6'-2CH3, 5'-Cl and 5'-F. The compound is easy and convenient to prepare, safe, short in process route, high in reaction speed, high in yield and free of pollution.
