Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a manufacturing method for a polycrystalline diamond ultra-thin cutting blade. The manufacturing method includes the following steps that a cylindrical polycrystalline diamond and alloy composite material workblank is synthesized through a static high-pressure method; the cylindrical polycrystalline diamond and alloy composite material workblank is subjected to finish machining to form a cylindrical polycrystalline diamond and alloy composite material; and the cylindrical polycrystalline diamond and alloy composite material is machined into the polycrystalline diamond ultra-thin cutting blade. The polycrystalline diamond ultra-thin cutting blade is formed through a special process by machining the polycrystalline diamond and alloy composite material synthesized through the static high-pressure method; the strength, heat resistance, sharpness and abrasive material holding force of the ultra-thin cutting blade are better than those of the prior art; and besides, the thickness of the poly
