The production technique comprises the technological steps of smelting, refining, pressure casting, deburring, and final inspection and packaging. According to the production technique, the time, temperature and pressure in the production process are adjusted to be within the optimal ranges based on experimentally validated data; meanwhile, the product quality is further improved through a reasonable check method after each technological step; and the upper valve plate, produced according to the preparation technique, of the vehicle gear box is high in material purity and large in density, the valve plate can effectively adapt to the working environment of the vehicle gearbox, the stability of the vehicle gearbox during work is maintained, and the service life of the vehicle gearbox is prolonged.
