Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for reducing concentration scaling of a tobacco-papermaking-method-reconstruction extracting solution. The extracting solution is treated through a prepared composite functional adsorbing material before being concentrated, generation of macromolecular compounds in the concentration process is reduced, the concentration scaling phenomenon is effectively relieved, the quite good adsorbing effect can be achieved within the 10 s-60 s contact time of the functional adsorbing material and the extracting solution, and continuous production is completely achieved. An experiment shows that the scaling phenomenon of the treated extracting solution in the concentration process is obviously reduced, and the content of insoluble matter in the concentration solution is reduced by 30.18% to 47.14%. 本发明公开了种减少造纸法再造烟叶提取液浓缩结垢的方法,将提取液在浓缩前通过种制备的复合功能吸附材料,来减少浓缩过程中大分子复合物的生成,有效缓解浓缩结垢现象,在功能吸附材料与提取液接触时间10?60s内就能达到很好的吸附效果,完全实现连续化生产。试验表明,经过处理的提取液,浓缩过程中结垢现象明显变轻,浓缩液中不溶物含量下降30.18%?47.14%。
