Zusammenfassung:	The purpose of the present invention is, in a resin film comprising a base material and a cured product layer provided on the surface of the base material and composed of a curable resin composition, to achieve processability or the like of a resin contained in the composition and to impart properties required recently for high-hardness coating films to the resin film. The problem can be solved by a curable resin composition which can be applied onto a resin base material and then cured to form a cured product layer, and which contains a specific polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer. 本发明的目的在于兼顾在基材的表面利用固化性树脂组合物设置有固化物层的树脂膜中的树脂的加工性等与近年来对高硬度化涂膜的要求性能。上述课题通过如下的固化性树脂组合物来解决，其能够通过涂布到树脂基材上使其固化来形成固化物层，含有规定的多官能团(甲基)丙烯酸氨基甲酸酯寡聚物。
