The invention discloses a power driving circuit and a light emitting diode (LED) lamp tube. The power driving circuit comprises a first voltage input end, a second voltage input end, a first simulation lamp filament, a second simulation lamp filament, a high-pass circuit, a control circuit, an isolation circuit, a first rectification circuit, a second rectification circuit and a DC conversion filter circuit, wherein the above circuits are connected with one another to form the power driving circuit.
