Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for screening biomarkers of ionizing radiation and an application of B8X1J0 and UPF1 proteins determined by using the method to preparation of an index kit for monitoring health of occupationally irradiated personnel. The method comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring serum specimens of occupationally irradiated personnel and personnel without occupational irradiation, and grouping serum of occupationally irradiated personnel according to accumulated exposure dose; screening differentially expressed proteins in serum of occupationally irradiated personnel by using iTRAQ technology with serum of personnel without occupational irradiation as control, determining differentially expressed up-regulated protein B8X1J0 and differentially expressed down-regulated protein UPF1, and using the proteins together as a biomarker for monitoring health of occupationally irradiated personnel. A plurality of differentially expressed proteins which are up-regulated or down-regulat
