The heating supply system comprises a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a condenser and a heat pump unit. High-temperature steam from an extraction condensing turbine releases heat in the first heat exchanger to supply water to the system; flue gas waste heat from a boiler releases heat to the heat pump unit in the second heat exchanger; waste steam from the extraction condensing turbine releases heat to the heat pump unit in the condenser, and the heat pump unit converts low-grade heat energy into high-grade heat energy and then supplies heat. According to the heating supply system, by recovering waste heat resources of the thermal power plant, heating supply area of the heating supply system is increased, the operating cost of the heating supply system is reduced, and energy utilization efficiency of the thermal power plant is improved.
