Electric heating fan

The invention relates to an electric heating fan comprising three blades. Heat-generating bodies such as electric heating films, electric heating wires, quartz tubes, halogen tubes, metal tubes or PTC ceramics are employed by the material of the blades. A control panel of a pedestal of the fan is provided with two control buttons. One control button used for starting the blades and controlling the rotating speed of the blades, and other control button is used for starting and controlling the heating function and the power. During the heating process, the blades can rotate at a high speed and dissipate heat to the surrounding quickly.
