The pin shaft I and the pin shaft II are provided with a shaft hole I and a shaft hole II correspondingly. The shaft hole I is smaller than the shaft hole II. The pin shaft I and the pin shaft II are connected through a connecting arm. The titanium alloy equilibrium elbow of the tank has the technical characteristics that the connecting arm is provided with a solid pin shaft III in the same direction as the pin shaft I or the pin shaft II; the pin shaft II is provided with an assembling hole perpendicular to the shaft hole II; a lug part is arranged on the lateral portion of the pin shaft II; a base is arranged at the bottom of the pin shaft I.
