Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a lead-free rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC) composition for electrical engineering pipes and a preparation method for the lead-free rigid PVC composition. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, thoroughly mixing 80-90 parts (by weight) of uracil with 10-20 parts (by weight) of lipid lubricant at the temperature of 80 DEG C to 100 DEG C, so as to prepare a composite stabilizer; and then, thoroughly mixing 0.7-1.0 part (by weight) of the obtained stabilizer with 100 parts (by weight) of PVC, 1.5-2.5 parts (by weight) of lubricant, 15-20 parts (by weight) of filler, 4-8 parts (by weight) of impact resisting agent and 1.5-2.5 parts (by weight) of colorant in a high-speed mixer at the temperature of 130 DEG C, and then, cooling the mixture to room temperature in a low-speed mixer, thereby preparing the lead-free rigid PVC composition for the PVC electrical engineering pipes.
