Method for preparing successional polymer color card

The invention relates to a method for preparing a successional polymer color card. The method comprises the steps as follows: (1) after colorants of three primary colors are mixed with a polymer respectively, respective primary material mixtures are obtained; (2) the primary material mixtures are filtered by a high-precision filter and then conveyed to static mixer with a single-color polymer respectively, and respective corresponding three-primary-color polymer melts are obtained; (3) the three-primary-color polymer melts in a controlled quantity are injected according to requirements of target colors respectively, the melts and the target colors are mixed, and the polymer color card of the target colors is obtained. The method solves the problem that colors are difficultly controlled due to instable target colors and uneven mixing due to the direct application of colorants in color matching and then injection of the colors into polymers; meanwhile, the successional color card can be prepared with the method
