The film electrode is composed of carbon and graphite phase carbon nitride and has great visible-light response performance. The invention further provides the preparation method of the carbon @ graphite phase carbon nitride film electrode. The prepared electrode serves as photo-anode; when the effective area of the working electrode is 6 cm , electrolyte is a sodium sulfate solution with the concentration being 0.05 mol/L, the additional bias is 0.5V, and a 300W xenon lamp serves as a radiation light source, the photoelectric current density of the film electrode is adjustable within the range of 0.2-10 microamperes/cm .According to the carbon @ graphite phase carbon nitride film electrode responsive to visible light and the preparation method thereof are simple in process equipment, great in operatability |
