The multifunctional packaging box comprises a bearing body, a first component, a second component and at least one carrier. The bearing body is clamped to the first component and used for containing the electronic devices. The second component comprises a first containing part and a second containing part. The first component is arranged on the first containing part in a covering mode selectively. The carrier is placed in the second containing part and can be taken out. The first containing part and the carrier are used for containing the accessories of the electronic devices.
