The invention relates to an intelligent wristband. The intelligent wristband comprises a wristband main body, a first side end and a second side end which are integrally formed through injection moulding, wherein the first side end and the second side end are respectively positioned on the two ends of the wristband main body; a USB flash disk is arranged in the first side end through injection moulding; a conductive structure is arranged on the surface of the second side end through injection moulding; the second side end is used for insertion into a USB interface of an external device, and enables the conductive structure to establish a conductive path with a corresponding conductive contact piece in the USB interface; the conductive structure is electrically connected with the USB flash disk, so that the USB flash disk can be in communication with the external device normally after the second side end is inserted into the USB interface.
