Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a sealing method for a quartz gas discharge lamp. The sealing method comprises the following steps of (1) inserting an electrode 6 into a sealing part of a neck of a bulb shell, and sealing the two ends by burning junctions; (2) fixing a quartz lamp tube, enabling the quartz lamp tube to do circumferential rotation, enabling sealing fire to slowly move towards the lamp tube from the neck of the bulb shell along a horizontal direction of the quartz lamp tube, heating and softening the quartz lamp tube in a sealing region, and finally, sealing the quartz lamp tube through melting; (3) cutting one end of the quartz tube which is not provided with the electrode to form an opening, filling the opening with a filler of a high-pressure gas discharge lamp, inserting the electrode, and carrying out sintering processing to prevent air leakage; and (4) repeating the step (2).
