The double-cover pressing type pressure vessel comprises a tank body, a tank cover mounted on the tank body, a height-adjustable movable bracket and a pressing device mounted on the movable bracket, wherein an upper ring mounting plate and a lower ring mounting plate are respectively arranged at a junction between the tank cover and the tank body; a hydraulic opening is formed in the tank cover; a detachable hydraulic cover is mounted at the hydraulic opening; a sealing cover body in the middle of the hydraulic cover is divided into two door covers which are articulated with the upper part of the edge of the hydraulic cover. According to the double-cover pressing type pressure vessel, the connection manner between the tank cover and the tank body is a pressing manner; a ring pressing plate is mounted on a hydraulic driving device on the movable bracket via a transverse rod and a vertical rod; the hydraulic driving device is used for driving
