Primers used for fluorescent quantitative PCR detection are FALDH-QP3:tggacttggagcagtttgga, FALDH-QP4:gccaattattcgtgaagcacc, CK-P1:cctccaatccagacactgta and CK-P2:ggagaagatctggcatcaca; the primers are utilized for conducting fluorescent quantitative PCR amplification on leaves of the plants, and the metabolic capacity of the plants for formaldehyde can be rapidly and accurately judged according to the relative expression quantity of an FALDH gene. The plants have a certain scavenging capacity for formaldehyde, and the metabolic capacities of different plants for formaldehyde are different; the method is beneficial for guiding people in selecting proper flower plants to repair formaldehyde pollution by rapidly and accurately analyzing the metabolic capacity of the plants for formaldehyde.
