The invention relates to a method for improving the unit mass solid medium fermentation efficiency of ophiocordyceps sinensis. The method comprises a formula of a solid medium, a preparation method and an inoculation method, wherein the formula of the solid culture medium comprises 1-5g of peptone, 0.5-2.5g of yeast extract, 6-15g of egg homogenate, 3-5g of trehalose, 0.5-2g of glucose, 0.5-1g of lignin, 0.4-1g of palmitic acid, 0.8-2g of oleic acid, 0.2-0.6g of linoleic acid or 1.5-4g of mixed liquid of peanut oil or corn oil and olive oil in every 100mL of water; the final thickness of the solid medium is 1-3cm in preparation; and in inoculation, a liquid fermentation strain liquid is adopted according to a ratio of 0.2-0.8mL per centimeter. By adopting the method provided by the invention, growth of ophiocordyceps sinensis can be effectively promoted, the mycelia content generated from the solid medium by a unit mass can be increased, and the fermentation production efficiency of ophiocordyceps sinensis ca
