Polyvinyl fluoride coating and duplex coating and formation method thereof

The invention discloses polyvinyl fluoride coating and duplex coating, and a formation method thereof. The formation method comprises: applying a primer to a base material, wherein the primer comprises 100 parts by weight of first polyvinyl fluoride, 20-50 parts by weight of assisted resin, and 150-170 parts by weight of a first latent solvent, wherein the assisted resin is polyester modified epoxy resin, polyester polyurethane resin, phenoxy resin or the combination of the above; drying the primer to form a priming coat; applying a finishing coat to the priming coat, wherein the finishing coat comprises 100 parts by weight of second polyvinyl fluoride and 120-150 parts by weight of a second latent solvent; and drying the finishing coat to form a top coat on the priming coat. 本揭露提供种聚氟乙烯涂料与双层涂层及其形成方法。该形成方法包括：将底漆施加至基材上，其中底漆包括100重量份的第聚氟乙烯、20?50重量份的辅助树脂、与150?170重量份的第潜溶剂，其中辅助树脂系聚酯改质环氧树脂、聚酯型聚氨酯树脂、苯氧树脂、或上述的组合；烘干底漆以形成底涂层；将面漆施加至底涂层上，其中面漆包括100重量份的第二聚氟乙烯与120?150重量份的第二潜溶剂；以及烘干面漆以形成顶涂层于底涂层上。
