The asphalt anti-stripping agent comprises raw materials of a component A and a component B which are mixed in a weight ratio of (12:2)-3, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 45 parts of lauryl alcohol, 13 to 17 parts of phosphorus pentoxide, 23 to 28 parts of stearic acid, 5 to 10 parts of sodium lignin sulfonate, 1 to 3 parts of butyl amine, 3 to 7 parts of bis-imidazoline, 3 to 5 parts of dihydroxy acetone phosphate and 7 to 13 parts of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride; the component B comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 25 parts of alkaline residue micro powder, 10 to 15 parts of coal gangue incineration ash, 8 to 12 parts of sulfoaluminate, 8 to 11 parts of portland cement clinkers, 3 to 6 parts of triethanolamine and 1 to 3 parts of paraffin.
