The wood-pulp-free paper diaper comprises a non-woven fabric surface layer, a coverage layer, a waterproof thin film and skin-friendly non-woven fabric, wherein a first non-woven fabric middle layer and a second non-woven fabric middle layer are arranged between the coverage layer and the waterproof thin film; the non-woven fabric surface layer and the coverage layer are arranged on the top of the first non-woven fabric middle layer in sequence; the waterproof thin film and the skin-friendly non-woven fabric are arranged at the bottom of the second non-woven fabric middle layer in sequence; a liquid-absorbing core layer is also arranged between the first non-woven fabric middle layer and the second non-woven fabric middle layer; the liquid-absorbing core layer comprises a high molecular water-absorbing resin layer; and the high molecular water-absorbing resin layer is embedded in a fluffy non-woven fabric fixing layer.
