Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a PSS4B amplification time setting method of a multi-band power system stabilizer.Firstly, parameters of high, medium and low frequency bands of a PSS4B are designed according to the online uncompensated frequency response characteristics of a tested generator set, and a PSS4B amplification time setting reference target is determined; secondly, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the low, medium and high frequency bands and the total amplitude-frequency characteristics of the PSS4B are obtained according to the bandpass parameters of the low, medium and high frequency bands of the PSS4B and phase compensation time constants; finally, a nonlinear least square curve fitting program is compiled by adopting a nonlinear least square fitting method, and the amplification times of the low, medium and high frequency bands are calculated by fitting the relations of the amplitude-frequency characteristics and a PSS4B amplification time setting reference target value.The PSS4B amplificatio
