The invention provides silent detection equipment and a detection method thereof. The equipment comprises a voltage regulating transformer, transformers, rectification circuits and a resistance unit. There are three transformers. An output terminal of the voltage regulating transformer is connected to input terminals of the three transformers respectively. Output terminals of the three transformers are provided with the rectification circuits respectively. An output terminal of each rectification circuit is connected to an input terminal of a voltage stabilization unit to be detected.
