The invention discloses a simple onion head/tail removing device which comprises a base, baffles, a clamp piece, a chute, a slider, a blade, handles, a fixing hole and a fixing block, wherein the baffles are arranged on the base; the clamp piece is arranged on the inner side of the baffle; the fixing hole is formed at the center of the clamp piece; the chute is formed in the upper surface of the base and between the baffles; the slider is arranged in the chute; groove bodies are arranged at the two ends of the slider, including a notch groove, a fixing groove and a collection groove; the notch groove is formed in the end surface; the back side of the notch groove is connected with the fixing groove; the back side of the fixing groove is connected with the collection groove; the fixing block is arranged in the fixing groove; the blade is arranged at one end of the fixing block; the handles are arranged on the two side surfaces of the slider; and holding lines convenient for holding are arranged on the handles.
