Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a rapid propagation method of stahlianthus. The method comprises the following steps: taking an explant stem tip; sterilizing the explant, and performing bud induction culture, multiplication of subculture and rooting culture, wherein the rooting culture comprises the sub-steps: preparing a rooting medium, wherein the culture temperature is 26-28 DEG C, the illumination time is 9 hours per day, and the illumination intensity is 1500lx; inoculating, namely cutting bud seedlings with the height of about 3cm cultured in a subculture multiplication medium, inoculating the seedlings into the rooting medium, and starting to root within about 7 days. A few propagation materials are needed, the propagation coefficient is large, and the bud propagation coefficient within 30 days is 4.32; the prepared culture medium adopts a simple formula, is wide in component source and easy to operate and prepare; and moreover, the method is not limited by seasons and time, seedlings can be provided all the y
