Configurable network voice connectivity monitoring method

The invention discloses a configurable network voice connectivity monitoring method. The method comprises that the voice connectivity detection software of a computer terminal sends monitoring terminal information to a comprehensive switch with which the computer terminal is connected; the comprehensive switch initiates monitoring according to an instruction; after a corresponding comprehensive switch receives a monitoring command, the comprehensive switcher replies a monitoring response, wherein voice connection is not carried out, and a call is not influenced; a computer periodically displays connection states in a mode of adopting red, green and orange signal lights according to whether a detection object replies or not; and the terminal monitoring software can configure monitoring parameter information at any time. Through adoption of the method, voice monitoring can be carried out to the important nodes in a communication network effectively, thus timely eliminating faults and ensuring network operation.
