The rectification module includes a water cooling heat dissipation substrate, rectifying elements disposed on the water cooling heat dissipation substrate, and a combined busbar which is arranged above the rectifying elements and realizes electric connection for the rectifying elements; the water cooling heat dissipation substrate is of a laminar flow channel structure; and the laminar flow channel structure of the water cooling heat dissipation substrate is filled with a cooling liquid.
