Apparatus and method for measuring transformer iron core BH curve and partial loss

The invention relates to an apparatus and method for measuring the BH curve and partial loss of a transformer iron core. The apparatus comprises a detachable wooden clamp, an excitation coil and a measuring coil, wherein the iron core is of a rectangular shape formed by four linear arms. The apparatus is characterized by further comprising a plurality of partial B measuring coils and H measuring coils, wherein the H measuring coils are attached to adjacent linear arms of the iron core, and the partial B measuring coils wind on the position corresponding to the H measuring coils on the iron core. The excitation coil and the measuring coil wind on the entire iron core parallelly, and the iron core wound with all coils is clamped and fixed through the detachable wooden clamp. The partial B measuring coils employ enamelled wires with a diameter of 0.1-0.3mm, and 10-25turns are wound densely.
