Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for sodium-modified roasting vanadium leaching. The method comprises the steps that 1, vanadium-iron concentrate, sodium salt and sodium-modified roasting vanadium leaching tailings are mixed for roasting, and sodium-modified roasting products are obtained; 2, the obtained sodium-modified roasting products are graded, and a graded sodium-modified roasting product A and a graded sodium-modified roasting product B are obtained, wherein the sodium-modified roasting product with the grain size of 0.2 mm or below in the graded sodium-modified roasting product A accounts for 90 wt% or above; and 3, the obtained graded sodium-modified roasting product A is subjected to solid-liquid separation after water leaching, and a vanadium containing solution is obtained, wherein relative to 100 parts by weight of vanadium-iron concentrate, the sodium salt accounts for 23-27 parts by weight, the sodium-modified roasting vanadium leaching tailings account for 70-130 parts by weight, and the wate
