The daylily liquor comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 61-69 parts of daylily, 12-20 parts of rock sugar, 590-670 parts of Chinese liquor, 8-16 parts of fructus lycii, 13-21 parts of cassia seed, and 20-28 parts of fructus crataegi. The preparation method includes the steps of: smashing and mixing raw materials; processing semi-finished products; and obtaining finished products. The daylily liquor takes the Chinese liquor as a main body, and takes the daylily, the rock sugar, the fructus lycii, the cassia seed, and the fructus crataegi as supplements. When the original flavor of Chinese liquor is kept, a small part of alcohol is volatilized through strict heating control. The effective elements and nutrients in other components are fully permeated into the Chinese liquor, so that the mouthfeel of the Chinese liquor becomes mellower, and the irritation is reduced.
