A gas outlet of a first air compressor is connected with a gas inlet of a nitrogen making machine, and a gas outlet of the nitrogen making machine is connected with a gas inlet of a nitrogen tank. The nitrogen tank is connected with a nitrogen filter and then is connected to a pulverized coal stock bin. The pulverized coal stock bin is provided with a material-gas separator. A gas inlet of a second air compressor is connected with a gas outlet of a nitrogen recovery pump, and a gas inlet of the nitrogen recovery pump is connected with a gas outlet of the pulverized coal stock bin through a nitrogen recovery pipe.
