Improved radiator core assembly machine

The invention relates to an improved radiator core assembly machine which comprises a comb plate, a clamping mechanism used to fix the comb plate, and an air cylinder connected under the comb plate, wherein radiating tubes are placed in gaps among comb teeth; except for the last comb tooth on the comb plate, top ends of the other comb teeth are equipped with an inclination slope towards the same direction of one side; and the top end of the last comb tooth is a plane of which two sides have smooth transition. In comparison with the prior art, the machine provided by the invention is characterized in that production efficiency is increased obviously because of improvement of the comb plate; assembly operations of the radiating tubes are simpler, the radiating tubes are taken up and spread according to an angle during use and are then pushed up slightly, and then the radiating tubes automatically fall into the gaps of the comb plate; and the phenomenon that the radiating tubes cannot be put into an original com
