The plant cultivation plate for nutriculture includes: a plantation plate (110) which is tilted at a predetermined angle with respect to the ground and is formed into a plantation opening (140); and a guiding part (120) which surrounds the plantation opening (140), regulates plantation angle of a plant, and guides the plant to insert to the plantation opening (140). 本发明公开种容易种植及收获植物，并且，容易设置、分解及管理的营养液栽培用栽培板及栽培系统。所述营养液栽培用栽培板，包括相对于地面以既定角度倾斜地设置，并形成有种植口(140)的种植板(110)；及围绕所述种植口(140)，调整植物的种植角度，引导植物插入于种植口(140)的导引部(120)。
