The material parameters of the components are given out by analyzing different dispensing connection boundary conditions theoretically, the stress states, including main stress and the size and orientation of the maximum shearing stress, inside the components under different typical dispensing connection states are analyzed by using an analytical research method and a finite-element numerical analysis method, the optimized parameters for dispensing connection are given out according to the material characteristics of the components, and finally the optimized dispensing connection manner and technology, including dispensing number, dispensing size, dispensing distribution manner and the like, are determined by taking stress component, the main stress or the maximum shearing stress as a target optimized parameter, so that a corresponding practicable process specification is given out so as to guarantee t |
