The invention provides a tin stripping liquid circulation separation tin mud-removing system used for tin stripping treatment of a printed circuit board; the system includes a liquid collecting cylinder, a separation device and a spray device; the liquid collecting cylinder is a cavity with one side opening, and the bottom surface of the cavity is provided with a guide plate; the upper end of the guide plate is provided with a stirring device; the separation device includes a first separator and a second separator which communicate with each other; the first separator and the second separator both communicate with the cavity; a tin mud-containing drug liquid in the cavity is subjected to first-time drug liquid separation through the first separator, a part of the separated drug liquid flows back to the cavity, and the other part of the separated drug liquid is subjected to second-time drug liquid separation through the second separator and then flows back to the cavity; the spray device communicates with the
