The chip IC is provided with eight wiring pins from a first to an eighth; the first wiring pin of the chip IC is connected with the positive electrode end of a light emitting diode D7; the negative electrode end of the light emitting diode D7 is grounded; the chip IC is also connected with one end of a resistor R4; the other end of the resistor R4 is connected with the second wiring pin of the chip IC; the second wiring pin of the chip IC is connected with one end of a resistor R6; the other end of the resistor R6 is connected with the third wiring pin of the chip IC; the second wiring pin of the chip IC is also connected with the positive electrode end of a light emitting diode D8; and the negative electrode end of the light emitting diode D8 is connected with the third wiring pin of the chip IC.
