Network congestion preventing method based on natural heuristic algorithm

Provided is a network congestion preventing method based on a natural heuristic algorithm. A new mathematic model (network prey model) is constructed by using a natural heuristic algorithm. The parameter of a TCP stream is initialized by the prey model so that the TCP stream may operate with a good initial value in a heterogeneous network. Thus, the running state of a complex heterogeneous network system is converted to a running state controllable, easy to operate, and good in robustness, thereby preventing congestion and packet losing. 种基于自然启发的网络拥塞预防方法，使用自然启发算法构造新的数学模型（网络捕食模型），并通过捕食模型对TCP流的参数进行初始化，使得TCP流在异构网络中能以个良好的初值状态来运行，使复杂的异构网络系统运行状态转变为可控，易操作，鲁棒性良好的系统运行状态，以预防拥塞及丢包的发生。
