Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a method and a system for enhancing product yield rate. According to the method and the system, an ESB bus is utilized to realize integration of a machine recovery system, a database (storing cases affecting product yield rate) and yield rate analysis system data, the data is transmitted to an MES system through a data conversion system, the final influence of each case on the yield rate can be known accurately, and a basis for enhancing the product yield rate is provided; meanwhile, the continuously-occurred cases with potential influence on the product yield rate are tracked and controlled in a focused manner, thereby being capable of enhancing product yield rate and the production efficiency more effectively. 本发明提供了种提高产品良率的方法及系统，利用ESB总线实现机台恢复系统、数据库(存储有影响产品良率的案件)以及良率分析系统数据的集成，并将数据通过数据转换系统传达至MES系统，进而准确的知道每个案件对良率的最终影响，为提升良率提供了依据；同时可对连续出现的潜在影响产品良率的案件进行重点追踪和控制，进而更加有效的提升产品良率及生产效率。
